(1) In case of a decision to correct the age, name or caste, the chief district officer shall immediately send the notice and a copy of the decision to the Controller of Examinations, and the Controller of Examinations shall cause the name, caste or age to be corrected in the certificate of the concerned person and the records in the school in accordance with the said decision.
(2) The controller of examination will give the new certificate with the name, caste or age corrected by taking the prescribed form from the education department and the old certificate will be taken from the said person.
